We provide three main types of training.
a BASICS is a series of low-cost one and two day workshops on a variety of mental health and related topics. BASICS workshops are now run in Banbury and Didcot as well as Oxford.
aOur Volunteer Training Project trains volunteers for our services and those of other local charities. There are two 5-week courses (1 evening per week): Core Skills for Volunteers, and Mental Health Skills.
aASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training) is an internationally recognised 2-day training in 'suicide first aid', now available in Oxfordshire for the first time.
